Jeff Sinelli

Jeff is a seasoned entrepreneur and restaurateur with decades of experience building, leading, and scaling fast-casual restaurant brands and hospitality concepts. He is the Founder and CEO of Sinelli Concepts International, a Dallas-based brand incubator responsible for launching and developing a portfolio of successful concepts across the U.S. and internationally. Jeff created and grew Which Wich? Superior Sandwiches, now a global fast-casual sandwich franchise with hundreds of locations in dozens of states and multiple countries, and is widely recognized for its innovative customer experience and iconic brand identity. He also founded Genghis Grill, a Mongolian barbecue chain, and Burguesa Burger, a drive-thru concept celebrating bold flavors in the burger space.
