Jay Laabs

Jay Laabs is currently the Founder & CEO of Spaulding Ridge, an IT advisory firm specializing in cloud advisory and implementation. He has extensive experience with strategic acquisitions through his own successful exit at Blue Stone International, his time at Davis Capital, the acquisitions he led at Huron Consulting Group, including ADI Strategies, Cloud 62, Threshold Consulting, and Rittman Mead India, and Spaulding Ridge’s (Jay’s current company) acquisitions of Plan Rocket Consulting and Buan Consulting. Prior to Spaulding Ridge, Jay founded Blue Stone International in 2005, scaling the firm to one of the largest Hyperion/Oracle advisory firms globally. In 2013, he sold Blue Stone International to Huron, where he stayed on to grow the Oracle business by 5x in both team members and revenue. Jay previously served on the Board of Directors of One North Interactive, Lev, and Mavens. One North Interactive, is a full-service digital advertisement and communications agency acquired by TEKsystems. Lev is a Salesforce strategy and consulting firm. Mavens, a cloud-based consulting firm focused on providing software expertise to the life sciences industry and was acquired by Komodo Health. Jay holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin.
