Jay Burnette

Jay has over 25 years of leadership experience in industrial businesses, arc flash, and electrical safety services, having held several leadership positions in private, public, and private equity-backed companies. Currently, he serves as CEO of Boulden Company, a provider of material solutions, component upgrades, and services that improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency of high-value process machinery. The company operates across various sectors, including water and wastewater, power generation, oil & gas, and other industrial markets. Prior to joining Boulden Company, Jay was the CEO of Burjess Growth Consultants, a management consulting firm focused on helping businesses deliver sustainable and scalable growth. Before that, Jay was the President & CEO of Allied Reliability, a private equity-backed business in Houston, and before that, the President of the Waukesha Bearings Corporation, a Dover (NYSE: DOV) operating company based in Wisconsin. Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, watching Purdue sports, playing recreational basketball himself, and volunteering as a youth soccer coach.
