Jamie Cusack

Jamie Cusack is a seasoned operations and consulting executive with over 20 years of experience driving tech-enabled solutions. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Alpine Intel, a tech-enabled service company in the insurance claims investigation space. Previously, Jamie served as Senior Vice President of Property Operations at Mynd (Roofstock), a venture-backed real estate investment and management firm, where he played a key role in scaling operations. Before that, he was Vice President of Strategic Operations at SMS Assist (Lessen), helping propel the prop-tech platform to a $1 billion valuation from Goldman Sachs. Jamie began his career in management consulting at Accenture, later joining AlixPartners, where he specialized in operational strategy and business transformation.
