Jacob Holmes

Jacob is an Associate of Corporate Development at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1–10 million of EBITDA. Jacob reports to the Chief Development Officer and supports building successful corporate development functions within portfolio companies, while also assisting with transaction execution across the platform.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Jacob was a Senior Associate at Berkeley Research Group LLC in Chicago within the Transaction Advisory Services consulting practice, where he provided buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity investors and strategic buyers.

 

Jacob received his M.S. in Finance from DePaul University and his B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University, where he was also a member of the collegiate track and cross country teams.
