Jacob Daitch

Jacob is an Associate of Real Estate at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Jacob is responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.

Prior to joining Shore, Jacob worked as an Acquisitions Associate at Timber Hill Group, a Chicago-based real estate private equity firm. While at Timber Hill Group, Jacob focused on the acquisition and development of industrial assets throughout the U.S.

Jacob received his B.S.M. in Finance from Tulane University.
