Jack Tolbert

Jack is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Jack’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Jack was a Senior Manager in the Center of Excellence at Suntory Global Spirits, where he led operations transformation efforts through advanced analytics, process optimization, and strategic implementation. Jack previously held consulting roles in PwC’s Operations Transformation practice, focusing on value creation and operational excellence across industrial products and services, consumer packaged goods, and business services sectors.

Jack received both his M.S. in Business Analytics and a B.S. in Applied Engineering Sciences with a focus in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
