Hope Baisley

Hope is a Senior Associate of Capital Markets at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Hope is responsible for assisting with the firm’s capital markets efforts, including the financing activities of all new investments and portfolio companies, as well as developing and managing banking and intermediary relationships.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Hope was a Senior Associate on the Direct Lending team at Principal Asset Management, where she focused on underwriting, diligence, credit structuring, and portfolio monitoring for lower middle market private credit investments. Hope received a B.S. in Public Accounting from Fordham University, where she also played Division I soccer. She is currently pursuing her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, focusing on Finance within the Evening & Weekend program.
