Hailie Schroll

Hailie is an Event Coordinator at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Hailie previously held roles at Shore as an Assistant Event Coordinator, Executive Assistant, and Administrative Assistant.

Prior to joining Shore, Hailie worked as a Receptionist at Document Technologies Inc. stationed at Citadel, a hedge-fund located in Chicago, IL. Outside of Shore, Hailie serves on the Board of Directors as the Director of Hospitality for Junior Council, an organization that supports the HIV/AIDs clinic at Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago, IL.

Hailie received her B.S. in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management from Indiana University.
