Grayson Stribling

Grayson Stribling serves on the Operations Team at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Grayson’s responsibilities include supporting our Executive Partners, as well as advising portfolio companies, their management teams, and boards on the current regulatory environment, policy dynamics, and operational best practices.

 

Before joining Shore, Grayson served in multiple roles for Nikki Haley’s 2024 presidential campaign and her policy organization, Stand for America, providing comprehensive support across daily briefings, high-level meetings, event coordination, and logistics and operations. Previously, Grayson worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration and served as assistant to Administrator Linda McMahon.

 

Grayson received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
