Geoff Ligibel

Geoff Ligibel, CPA, CFA, currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bundled Management. Geoff is the President and Chief Executive Officer of 42 North Dental, one of the fastest-growing dental support organizations in the Northeast. Before becoming CEO, Ligibel served as 42 North’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Office. Earlier, he spent a decade as a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group, advising on more than 50 M&A transactions totaling over $10 billion in value across the healthcare services sector. He began his career in healthcare investment banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

 

 

A summa cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Accounting, Ligibel holds both CPA and CFA designations. He is a frequent speaker and podcast guest on the future of dental service organizations, private equity’s role in dentistry, and the importance of diversity and mentorship in healthcare leadership.
