Frank Alderman

Frank brings over 20 years of multisite healthcare experience to the Board. Frank is the co-founder and former CEO of MedExpress, an urgent care business focused on delivering patient-centric, affordable care. Frank led MedExpress through a recapitalization with Excellere Partners in 2017, a subsequent recapitalization by Sequoia Capital and General Atlantic in 2010, and through an eventual sale to Optum Health in 2015. Frank was also former Chairman of the Board of Veterinary Emergency Group and was awarded EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2012. Frank earned a BS in Pharmacy and an MD from West Virginia University.
