Ethan Cordaro

Ethan Cordaro is a Manager of Data at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on companies with $1-10M of EBITDA. Ethan’s responsibilities involve partnering with management teams & key operative stakeholders to define data strategies, leading technical data initiatives, and designing business intelligence solutions that support value creation and operational decision-making across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Shore, Ethan served as a Staff Data Engineer at StoneX Group,  where he led data engineering efforts supporting Trade Surveillance & Compliance for senior leadership, while also helping scale the firm’s broader data analytics and distribution capabilities. Previously, he served as a data engineer consultant for Hitachi Solutions America where he contributed to modern data estate implementations for large financial services clients.

Ethan received his B.S. in Statistics & Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon University.
