Dr. Sara Gottfried Szal

Harvard-trained M.D. with 25+ years of longevity health experience, Dr. Sara Gottfried Szal is a world-renowned physician and author of four New York Times bestselling books. She specializes in precision, functional, and integrative medicine, helping over 25,000 patients unlock optimal health and vitality. Currently, she is the Director of Precision Medicine and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Integrative Medicine and Nutritional Sciences at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals Sidney Kimmel Medical College. Prior to her time at Thomas Jefferson, Dr. Szal served as Chief Medical Officer at Metagenics, a successful longevity supplements business.
