Dr. Genevieve Fairbrother

Bio
Dr. Genevieve Fairbrother, is a practicing physician and currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Atlanta Women’s Health Group, the parent organization for a consortium of women’s health practices in the Atlanta area, representing more than 100 physicians and 40 certified nurse midwives through over 40 locations in the Atlanta area. Dr. Fairbrother served as the Chair of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department from 2007-2009 at Northside Hospital, after which she was promoted to Chief of Medical Staff from 2010-2013. Dr. Fairbrother is highly respected in the Atlanta physician community, having been voted as a “Top Doctor” annually since 2014. Dr. Fairbrother currently serves on the Board of Northside Hospital and is a board member of U.S. Women’s Health Alliance. Dr. Fairbrother received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Wellesley College. Dr. Fairbrother then received her Medical Degree and her Masters in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine and proceeded to complete her residency at Emory University School of Medicine, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident.
