Doris Zelinsky

Doris brings extensive operational and leadership experience across the branded bread, bakery, and packaged food sectors, with a career spanning senior executive and board roles at leading food companies. She has served on the Board of Directors of Epic Baking Company, a portfolio company of AUA Private Equity, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Hill & Valley. Doris held the role of Chief Operating Officer at J&J Snack Foods, where she led the company’s Country Home Bakers division, and earlier served as Vice President of Operations at Kraft Foods, overseeing large-scale manufacturing and supply chain operations. She has also served as Chief Operating Officer of Lender’s Bagels, where she played a key role in driving operational excellence and growth within the branded bakery category.
