Bio

Dino Eliopoulos is the CEO of Behavioral Innovations, Shore Capital’s recently exited autism therapy platform. In this role, Dino scaled the organization from <10 locations to 75 locations and ~$150M of revenue through a purely de novo (new location opening) strategy that resulted in a 6.7x gross cash-on-cash return. Dino also serves as a board member at Community Care Partners, Shore’s second urgent care platform, and Southern Veterinary Partners, Shore’s first veterinary platform that has scaled to over $1BN of Revenue and 300+ locations. Dino previously served as a board member at Fast Pace Urgent Care, Shore Capital’s first urgent care platform. Prior to joining Behavioral Innovations, Dino served as CFO of Provista, a company that provided improvement services in the ambulatory healthcare space, where he led all mergers and acquisitions as well as operational and financial initiatives. Dino also served as CFO of MedExpress, the largest urgent care company in the nation. There, Dino oversaw the expansion of the company from four clinics to 100+ centers. Additionally, he served as CEO of Trinity Hospice. Under his leadership, the group expanded into seven states before a successful exit. Dino will serve as the Lead Independent Director of our longevity platform, and we are excited for him to bring his decades of experience in scaling multi-site healthcare businesses in nascent, emerging sectors, to our platform. Dino earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, and Accounting from Ryerson Polytechnical University.
