Desmond Mulcahy

Desmond is a Partnership Development Manager at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Desmond is responsible for driving acquisition growth through various business development efforts.

Prior to joining Shore, Desmond worked as a Business Development Representative at Salesforce, where he led outreach efforts across multiple territories and contributed to pipeline growth. Before that, he was an Account Executive at CardX, a payments technology company, where he managed full-cycle sales and supported new client onboarding.

Desmond grew up in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his B.S. from Miami University and his M.B.A. from DePaul University.
