Dawn Morris

Dawn is the Founder and CEO of Growth Partners Group, LLC, a strategic consulting firm focused on business transformation and innovation. Previously, Dawn led growth in multiple companies as Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at First Horizon Bank, Chief Marketing Officer at Webster Bank, and held senior commercial positions at Citizens Financial Group and RBC Bank. Dawn is an independent director for several public companies, including America’s Car-Mart, Onity Group, and First Financial Bancorp. Dawn graduated from West Point, served as a Captain in the Army, and has an executive education degree from Harvard Business School.
