David Pegg

David Pegg is the Chief Development Officer for Dental Care Alliance, one of the largest dental support organizations in the United States. Dave leads the organization’s aggressive growth strategy to expand the number of dental offices through mergers, acquisitions, equity partnerships, and de novo opportunities. Dave brings significant experience as an investor and advisor in the healthcare services industry for more than 20 years. He started his private equity career with MVP Capital Partners in Philadelphia and was recently a partner with Enhanced Equity Funds in New York. As part of his responsibilities, he has evaluated and been involved with numerous provider-based multi-site healthcare companies, including those in the dental space. Dave also served on the Board of Prospira PainCare from 2012 to 2017. Prospira PainCare is a premier provider of comprehensive, multidisciplinary pain management services; its business model is based upon building partnerships with industry leading physicians to accelerate value of each practice through organic growth of the patient base combined with operational efficiencies leading to increased profitability.

Dave received his bachelor’s degree from Yale University and received his MBA from Villanova University.
