Bio

Dave has 40+ years of experience in the food industry. Currently, he serves as the Lead Director of Gallagher. Previously, he was the CEO of Aryzta, later transitioning to Non-Executive Chairman following his tenure. Before that, Dave was President and CEO, Americas, at Barry Callebaut Group and held leadership roles as CEO and COO at Michael Foods. He also served as President, North America, at Kraft Foods. Dave holds a B.B.A. and an M.S.B. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
