Craig Culbert

Craig is a Partner at Shore Capital, and his responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and enabling the growth of Shore Real Estate Platform Prior to joining Shore, Craig was the Chief Executive Officer of First Look Appraisals, a real estate services firm that provides valuation services to the largest residential mortgage lenders across the United States. While at First Look, Craig was responsible for all aspects of the business, including business development, sales, marketing, operations, finance and accounting and legal.

 

Throughout his tenure, First Look successfully completed over 1 million appraisals with annual revenue growth from $12 million to $65 million by 2021 Previously, Craig was a Senior Associate within the Private Equity practice group at Perkins Coie LLP, representing middle market private equity funds in all matters including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and joint ventures

 

Craig received his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.A. in English from Michigan State University
