Colin Neubauer

Colin is a Director of Corporate Development at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, Colin’s responsibilities center on working with management teams to build successful corporate development functions within their companies.

 

Prior to joining Shore Capital, Colin was a Director of Business Development at Southern Veterinary Partners (a Shore portfolio company), reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and helping develop and execute various initiatives across the company’s M&A organization. Before that, Colin was an Investment Banking Associate at Truist Securities (formerly SunTrust Robinson Humphrey).

 

Colin received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia, where he graduated summa cum laude.
