Chuck Koskovich

Chuck Koskovich is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in business transformation, strategy, sales, and customer relationship management. He currently serves as CEO of the Americas at Hemmersbach, a global IT services provider operating in more than 190 countries. Prior to Hemmersbach, Chuck was Chief Operating Officer at Engage at TTEC and previously served as COO at TELUS Digital. He also held senior leadership roles as Divisional President and SVP of Global Customer Care at Xerox, and as SVP of Operations (Convergys) at Concentrix. In addition to his operating roles, Chuck serves as an independent board member for a PE–backed company. Chuck has a BBA from Metropolitan State University of Denver, an MS in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and completed the executive education program at Harvard Business School. He brings deep product and supplier knowledge and broad experience guiding both large global organizations and growth-focused companies.
