Chris Marinak

Chris Marinak currently serves as the President of Playfly Sports, a sports media, marketing, and technology company. Prior to joining Playfly Sports, Chris serves as the Chief Operations & Strategy Officer at Major League Baseball, overseeing strategic, technology, and operational initiatives across the league. Since beginning his career at MLB as an intern, he has held multiple leadership roles, including as a key member of the Labor Relations Department’s bargaining team for two collective labor agreements. Prior to MLB, Chris worked at Capital One in technology and strategic analysis. Chris also serves on the boards of USA Baseball, Rawlings Sporting Goods, and the Harvard Business School Club of New York. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
