Chris Horan

With over 23 years of executive leadership, M&A, and private equity experience in the security systems integration, fire & life safety, and HVAC & controls industries, Chris Horan currently serves as COO of Thermal Concepts, a private equity-backed HVAC & Controls company serving the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets. Prior to Thermal Concepts, Chris was CEO of RELAY Fire & Safety and previously led the M&A team for Convergint Technologies, a security systems integrator. Chris previously held roles at Securitas Group, a global security company, and Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. Chris started his career on Wall Street as an investment banker at Bankers Trust Alex. Brown and was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Chris holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University and lives in Spring Lake, New Jersey with his wife and daughter.
