Carson Lujin

Carson is an Associate at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Carson is responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Carson worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in Chicago. During his tenure at Goldman, Carson executed a variety of M&A, equity, and debt transactions with a focus on the Business and Consumer Services, Consumer Retail, and General Industrials verticals.

 

Carson graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri, where he received a M.S. and B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Economics.
