Caroline MacDonald

Caroline MacDonald is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Pebble Beach Resorts, the operators of world-renowned golf courses and resorts. Prior to her time at Pebble Beach, Caroline served as Senior Vice President of Operations, Americas at Rosewood Hotel Group (leading collection of ultra-luxury resorts worldwide). Caroline joined Rosewood in 2016 as a direct report to the CEO, directing all commercial strategies and revenue streams across the group’s global portfolio of hotels. Caroline previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Auberge Resorts Collection from 2013 to 2016 and as SVP of Sales & Marketing from 2001 to 2013 (Auberge is a global portfolio of 30+ luxury resorts & residential properties, 50+ restaurants, and 24+ spas). Caroline served six years in the U.S. Air Force as a Staff Sergeant. Caroline currently serves on the Board of Chrysalis Los Angeles and The Collins College of Hospitality Management and is involved with the Milken Institute. We are excited to leverage Caroline’s past experiences to help us deliver luxury medical spa experiences at scale, a key differentiator of medical spas compared to plastics and dermatology offices.
