Bryan Sienerth

Bryan is the Director of Talent at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies generating $1–10 million in EBITDA. He leads the recruitment of top-tier board and executive leadership across Shore Capital’s portfolio companies, curates a senior leadership network, and drives innovation in executive assessment and human capital best practices.

 

Previously, Bryan was a Vice President at Falcon, a boutique middle-market search firm specializing in private equity. In this role, he supported private equity firms and their portfolio companies by delivering strategic talent services and leading C-suite executive search engagements.

 

Bryan holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Competitive Intelligence from Mercyhurst University, where he was also a member of the NCAA Division I men’s hockey team.
