Briggs Sellers

Briggs has over 40 years of experience in Real Estate Development in the retail food and beverage industry with extensive education, functional background and experience in site selection, site and building design, construction, facilities and asset management.  His most recent position was Senior Vice President, Development with Darden Restaurants (DRI), the world’s largest full-service restaurant company.  As a part of his responsibilities with Darden, Briggs was responsible for the design, construction new-build and remodel programs and facility management for nine (9) different concepts and more than 2,000 company-owned restaurants across the United States.  Prior to his tenure with Darden, Briggs served in similar roles with Jillian’s Entertainment, Boston Market and Wendy’s International.
