Bradley White

Bradley White is a Director of AI Solutions at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Bradley leads Shore’s efforts in identifying, developing, and implementing AI solutions that create operational leverage across the firm and its portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Bradley was a Manager of Software Engineering at McKinsey & Company, where he led strategy for the firm’s AI Agent team as part of its broader GenAI platform, Lilli. He also played a key role in advancing McKinsey’s internal Identity and Security architecture, helping lay the technical foundations that enabled rapid innovation across the firm. Earlier in his career, Bradley worked as a software engineer, beginning at Technology Services Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.

 

Bradley received his B.A. in Computer Science from DePauw University and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
