Brad Barker

Brad has 20 years of strategic, financial, and operational leadership experience across a broad array of industries. Brad currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at BrightView Health, a multi-site outpatient provider of addiction treatment services, where he oversees M&A Growth, Analytics, Information Technology, Revenue Cycle Management and Payer Strategy, in addition to the Finance and Accounting functions. Prior to BrightView, Brad served as an investment professional for Huron Capital Partners, an operationally-focused private equity group in the lower-middle market. At Huron, Brad performed deal sourcing, diligence and execution, oversaw investments, assisted in the execution of strategic initiatives, and created investment theses and white papers for new investments. Previously, Brad performed sell-side M&A advisory for middle market companies with Lazard. Before Lazard, he was an operations engineer and project manager for an automotive manufacturer. Brad has an MBA from University of Notre Dame and bachelor degrees in Industrial and Operations Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
