Ashley Jeon

Ashley is a Senior Associate of Talent at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Ashley assists in the recruitment of best-in-class board and executive leadership talent across Shore Capital’s portfolio companies, including the curation of a senior leader network, and driving innovation of assessment and human capital best practices.

 

Previously, Ashley spent six years at Russell Reynolds Associates in the firm’s Financial Officers Practice, where she worked on searches for CFOs and finance leadership teams across public, private, and private equity-backed companies spanning a variety of industries.

 

Ashley graduated from Kenyon College with a B.A. in Economics.
