Anthony Brescia

Anthony is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Anthony’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Anthony was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey in Chicago within the Transaction Advisory Services practice. At HL, he provided both buy-side and sell-side due diligence to private equity and corporate clients in the Industrials sector. His main responsibilities included analyzing target company data to provide meaningful insights around quality of earnings, net working capital, and financial and operating trends. Prior to joining HL, Anthony was an Assurance Associate at PwC, serving both public and private clients.

Anthony received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University. Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois.
