Allan Bower

Allan is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Allan’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Allan was a Manager at PwC in Chicago within the Deals Advisory practice. At PwC, he provided both buy-side and sell-side due diligence to private equity and corporate clients in the healthcare, consumer goods, and business services industries. His main responsibilities included analyzing target company data to provide meaningful insights around quality of earnings, net working capital, and financial and operating trends. Prior to joining the Deals practice, Allan spent two and half years in PwC’s assurance practice, serving both public and private clients.

Allan received a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Allan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois.
