Alex is the CEO of Ravti, a route-based services technology that helps manage all HVAC maintenance programs, repairs, capital replacement, capex management, and all the associated headaches that come along with that – multiple bids, procurement, HVAC inventory, warranties, etc.
He co-founded Ravti, successfully scaled the company through Y Combinator, and later sold the business to Building Engines.
Ravti’s software digitizes equipment and property records, managing all HVAC maintenance programs, emergent repairs, and scheduled repairs. It enables property owners and real estate organizations to improve asset audits, increase capital expenditure accuracy, and enhance staff productivity.
Alex earned an undergraduate degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida
