AJ Joshi

Abhijeet Joshi (AJ) is the Senior Associate of Talent at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. AJ assists in the recruitment of best-in-class board and executive leadership talent across Shore Capital’s portfolio companies, including the curation of a senior leader network, and driving innovation of assessment and human capital best practices.

Previously, AJ spent three years at executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles. AJ executed search and project management efforts within the Global Consumer Markets Practice where he was responsible for identifying, assessing, and attracting top executive talent. AJ’s focus was across varying consumer industries including retail, consumer services, hospitality, consumer durables, consumer goods, and food and beverage for public, private, and private-equity backed clients.

AJ graduated with a BS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, where he was also a member of the Men’s Tennis Team.
