Adrian Kosciak

Adrian is a Director of AI Solutions at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Adrian brings over a decade of experience designing, building, and scaling complex AI, data, and software systems across multiple industries. Most recently, Adrian served as a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led machine learning, MLOps, and GenAI product builds for high-impact clients in energy, transportation, and infrastructure. He has architected advanced neural network models, AI co-pilot platforms, and multi-cloud optimization engines driving measurable ROI and strategic value.

Before BCG, Adrian was a Principal at Pariveda Solutions, where he built real-time video analytics systems and deployed edge AI to improve operational efficiency for major airlines and healthcare organizations. He began his career at Deloitte, delivering large-scale technology transformation projects for government, energy, and healthcare clients.

Adrian is recognized for his deep technical fluency across AI/ML, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise DevOps, as well as his leadership in complex digital transformation initiatives. He has implemented AI models across everything from workforce dispatch and pricing optimization to segmentation, forecasting, and predictive maintenance.
