Adam Werder

Adam Werder is the Director of Communications at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies with between $1-10 million of EBITDA.  Adam’s responsibilities include implementing firm strategic initiatives and driving internal Shore proprietary processes.

 

Adam has over ten years of senior level experience in middle-market private equity owned businesses across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Shore, Adam served as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of Great Expressions Dental Centers, a leading Dental Support Organization owned by Roark Capital offering preventative and specialty oral care at 300 offices in 9 states. In his role, Adam led Marketing, Training and Education, Customer Service, the strategy setting process and various strategic growth initiatives. Prior to that, Adam was a marketing, sales and strategy leader in the sporting goods, oral appliance manufacturing, and pet specialty retail industry, most recently at Pet Supplies Plus, a franchisor with over 400 stores. Adam received his B.A. from Yale University.
