Bio
Adam is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Adam’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.
Prior to joining Shore, Adam was a Senior Manager at Berkeley Research Group LLC in Chicago within the Transaction Advisory Services consulting practice. While at BRG, he provided buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity investors, strategic corporate buyers, and lenders, during their acquisition, sale, or refinancing processes. As part of his role, he served as a trusted advisor to his clients throughout the transaction by identifying key risk areas and deal synergies, performing quality of earnings and normalized working capital analyses, and reviewing purchase agreement considerations. Before joining BRG, Adam was a manager in RSM’s transaction advisory practice, and began his career in CLA’s audit practice.
Adam received his B.Acc. from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Adam is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
